2. Worth watching

I don't usually watch whole episodes of the view, but this one was interesting.
Very moving hearing Sherri and Whoopi share their point of view as African Americans.

I don't really know what to make of Elisabeth's reaction. I didn't expect her to continue with her "he's a terrorist" talking points, but that about face is hard to swallow. At the risk of pissing in the punchbowl, that's one thing that irks me about these righties. How deep down were you really convinced that Obama was a Communist/Muslim/Terrorist/America-Hater? Because you sounded like you really were....No not really?....You were just pulling our leg?....all's fair in love and politics and all that, wot?.......puleeeeeze

I was convinced in October, 2004 that Dubya was an incompetent leader, puppet of the fascist right, and war criminal, and terrorist to millions of innocent Iraqi families. Just because he "won" in November didn't make me change my convictions of him.

Obama will no doubt stumble his first time in office, or someone in his administration and then we'll get a taste of that acid she'd be saving come spewing out once more.

3. Really?

After all the SH** that she's been spouting these last few days, right up until the day before election day, NOW she's OK with President-elect Obama? It reminds me of the "bi-partisan" pretzeldent we have now saying he will be a uniter not a divider. I think with Repubs, it's all about appearance. When the lights are off, it's back to fear-mongering and divide and conquer. I hope that very soon we see the airwaves cleared of these base, immature, racsist right-wingers like Sean, Rush, BillO, Bennett, Coulter, Malkin, Beck et al.

5. I say give her a chance. Her language and expression is authentic. And Obama

wouldn't be as harsh as you are. She is a better person than many gave her credit for.
