Alaska's Worst Family? The Palins hit a new low, allowing 7-year-old Piper to do brief Today. She's even asked about 2012. And guess what? She admits she missed "a lot" of school being exploited on the campaign trail and that it is "really hard" to catch up now. Let's hope she makes out better than oldest brother (high school dropout) and oldest sister (pregnant in 11th grade, boyfriend also high school dropout).

When Matt Lauer asks how she'd feel about hitting the campaign trail again in 2012, Piper says, "I don't know." Her mother then butts in to remind her that it was "fun" this time.

1. If the Obamas schooling choices for their girls are off-limits, this should be too
and now even more so, since this dumbshit will not be the vice president.

3. No, it shouldn't.
The Obama girls are not abused. These children have clearly been used as props and denied a proper education. That is a form of abuse in my book, and it needs to be brought front and center, and damn well stopped!

6. Palin put Piper on TV as her prop/shill. She is now fair game.

18. No, she is absolutely not.
The sins of the parent shouldn't be visited upon the child. Period.

20. I should have said Piper's schooling or lack thereof, rather than the
child herself.

4. Wow
Sarah is actually holding the baby correctly! That's the first time I've seen her look like a somewhat normal mother.

5. Enough already!
Enough with Sarah Palin!!! She lost! She's back in Alaska, and the race for 2012 REALLY has not started yet!!! God, I am so SICK of that woman and all the press attention she's getting.

7. Poor kid
Mom fails to keep you up to date on your homework. That is child abuse. Those kids should have stayed at home and in school.

11. holding baby appropriately
Yes, I've noticed that she does occasionally hold him appropriately--as long as she doesn't have to look him in the face. Sad situation that.

9. C'mon, she's just a little kid at the mercy of her wacko mother.
She may or may not grow up to be as dumb as her mother, older brother or older sister(s).

10. I think Piper is adorable and it's disgraceful that her mother uses her as a prop and a human shield
Remember the hockey game? She dressed Piper in the Flyers jersey so they wouldn't boo.

It is also touching to see how attached Piper is to Trig, and yet everytime I see her schlep him around, my heart is in my throat.

Palin did an at home interview with Alaskan TV and Piper was in the background, going up and down the stairs with Trig.......

12. Fun, eh? Controlling what the kid thinks and says will lead to acting out in the future.
Hope mom wakes up though I'm not counting on it, she being a control freak and set on having her way.

Too bad she's being raised in that family. Maybe grandparents might have some influence to take the bad away.

22. Sooo... Obama's kids are on one interview op and rarely (if at all) on stage during rallies,
Edited on Wed Nov-12-08 05:49 PM by DrZeeLit
and I remember the whole brew-ha-ha where people started to say he "exploited" his kids so he stopped any interviews of them

But Suzie Creamcheese Loser VeeeePeeee candidate whines her ass off about too much media coverage of her kids, but continues to trot 'em out every single time someone wags a mic or camera, to the extent that this kid has lost half a year of school (at a crucial reading and math age) --- but that's all righty, huh?

Yeah, a natural born mother. Like, what animal that eats its young?

I'd like to sent an Archie Bunker line shout out to Mz. Palin --- "STIFLE!"

It appears Piper is the smartest Palin in the family unit. She can actually answer a question without going into a silent trance.

to help catch her up. Sarah is destroying that child's future! WTF?
