He doesn't just say "I don't care." He emphasizes it "I REALLY don't."

A pretty amazing admission by someone who has been pulling the party line for so long his hands have callouses the size of golf balls. Just call me amazed.

3. they are claiming
... that folks buying medical marijuana are reselling it to underage kids - like an adult going into a liquor store to buy booze for younger kids.

4. Yet, somehow, someway, legalized or not...14 year old kids are still getting high.

5. Well, that would be an improvement...
When I was in high school, it was much easier to get drugs than booze, because the drugs were all underground and unregulated anyway. "Shoulder tapping" people outside a liquor store to get booze was more time consuming and risky. In fact, I had adults occasionally ask me to get weed for them because they knew that the high school was one of the easiest places to get drugs. Legalization would turn this around.

6. Ain't that the truth
The only 'victories' in the WoD are for the Prison Industry and the price of marijuana is a lot 'higher.'

Other than that, it has been an abject failure.

7. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it's smaller
Liquor bottles and beer cans are big. If you want to get a few people drunk, you need a case of beer. Liquor was more popular because you only needed one bottle and could hide that easier. Or... you can put a baggie of pot & a one-hitter in your pocket and get a lot of people high without worrying about getting caught.

8. At the prices they ask these days I wonder...
How many people are going to walk around getting a lot of people high anyway? Personally I'd prefer to just wait till Spring and leave it to the Ether Bunny.
