This really is violence against society. They are bullies and cowards using their hate filled speech to spur weaker crazies to fulfill the hateful and violent fantasies.

4. Shocking. The phenomenon doesn't exist in my country... |
I'm sure it would get a lot of listeners and I'm also sure a lot of people would like to make these kind of radio programs, but our laws prohibit this kind of hate speech on radio and tv.

5. Advocating violence, like in the first example, is wrong. The other things, though, should |
fall under free speech. Sorry, but we as progressives/liberals should stick by our defense of the first amendment not just when we agree with the message.

6. this is what the rightwing were thinking just after WW2.... |
"WE conservatives are in a dilemma. Due to the war and its effect on millions of Americans, a faith in government and in collective action, in a common interest, has emerged. The war was successful. So the greatest threat to our power to decide what goes on in our society is the citizen exercising his voting rights. WE therefore must use the citizen's vote to eventually crush the faith in liberal democracy. And to achieve that, we must be patient, and gradually take control of the mass media, and as we do, we must entrench a rightwing norm which then filters down to the dunce class, who believe anything they're told if wrapped in the flag etc. We have no choice. Otherwise, WE will become like the tattered french royalty, living in freezing castles!" That's where limbah-humbug and oreilly and kkkoulter and foznews etc come from, and why they are a permanent feature of reactionary rule ...

7. I have wondered for years how in the world |
hate radio is tolerated in the least. It makes me wonder how some people were raised, even to listen to it, let alone the hobos on the microphones. What? Were they born and raised in outhouses? A mind that that could originate or tolerate what spews from hate radio could only have come from there. The expression "crazy as a shithouse rat" perfectly describes everything in and around hate radio and its audience.
