I think this is anything but the truth. Bush gave Cheney the authorization to give to Libby to leak parts of the NIE about Valerie.

And appears to be from the viewpoint of the "Judith Miller" character. I don't know how you gleaned that much information from the trailer as far as who it names as the source.
