1. Heather, If I could please suggest the solutions sought to improve our odds solving

yon questions on everyones minds to address current concerns be the focus of a systematic search with proper filters in place to garner the best solutions for each concern/topic/challenge....short term, and long term....small level up to Globasl levels...

Design such a system to acquire the best answers...

and if I can say so...ya not gonna find them answers on the upper levels..they have information Under Load....They don't have it in them...promise...Their strengths are political and focused into their realms...

2. I think Al Gore may have transcended the political. Maybe they could "ask" him.

I really want this administration to be bold, but to do that people like Gore are needed. He knows how the political end works, but he also has answers that are not constrained by the political.
