"I would love to prosecute each and every one of them. ... I just didn't file anything just for the heck of making things miserable for these particular defendants. They put themselves in this condition. ... There is no doubt in my mind that they're guilty. All of them. So what do they do? They create this illusion, 'the DA is loco.' " -- Willacy County District attorney Juan Angel Guerra

3. The prosecutor is also listed as a victim in the case. Probably conflict of interest.
But the court clerk who is processing the case is listed as a defendant. That would also be a conflict of interest. But the removal may not stand because he was removed Ex Parte (without him being present and without his knowledge)that can be a denial of due process in certain circumstances.

4. Sounds deliberate....
I mean, how could they have allowed this from the get-go with so much "conflict of interest". Almost looks like they allowed this to proceed so that this case would look compromised irregardless of what the court decided.

6. That's a known Bush Co M.O.. Gaming the system for failure.
I think teh best way to proceed is for teh prosecutor to amend the suite to remove himself from the victims list. Then present the indictment to the legislature to seek the impeachment of the court clerk. He would also have to present the indictment to the US House for the impeachment of any elected US officers like Cheney. Once he has secured his impeachments he can proceed with criminal prosecutions under the indictments. Other wise he has lots of loose strings to be pulled on to unravel any decissions of the court.

2. Is the Judge a Governor Bush appointment or AG scandel pick- Is he a bushie?
Edited on Sat Nov-22-08 10:51 AM by barbiegeek
Whats the word on the Judge? What are his formal rulings? Is ever been at Bush/Texas fundraiser? Does he have a conflict of interest? Are their pictures of him with Dick or GW I or II? Has his family donated to GW I or II's libraries? Did they go to school together? Do they have business dealings?

Did Bush nominate this Judge or recommend him when he was Governor or the Attorney General scandel?

What's the research on this Judge??

5. shouting at the judge makes you look like a lacky - thus, he's not helping his case

oh well, he's probably only revealing his true self if he can't keep it cool in a courtroom.
