3. Chuck's watch is wrong... |
|
By around two months, me thinks!:eyes:
Does Chuck also think FDR "owned" the Depression by Thanksgiving, 1932? Chuck's great on political stats, but often SORELY LACKING on the analysis front.

|
They blame Obama, and he's not president. That's the way the world looks when you have your head shoved up your own ass.

Well at least the Bush administration has been consistent to the very end. Are there any records left that he hasn't broken? Maybe he thought federal spending was a competition and he beat everyone!

9. I expect nothing less than idiotic nonsense from the cable talking heads. |
|
He obviously doesn't know what day or month it is. Why do these clowns get paid so much money? Well, because they are completely indoctrinated and vigorously defend and maintain the status quo by talking only about trivial shit.

10. Republican strategy; blame the economy on Obama to get big republican gains in both houses in 2010 |
|
Edited on Tue Nov-25-08 04:30 PM by GreenTea
Start now, blame the economy over & over on Obama so it sticks for 2010 - And oppose everything Obama does to try & help it, (even though he doesn't take office until Jan 20th 2009) But start blaming him now....Filibuster if necessary anything just so Obama is badly weaken for the 2012 presidential election. Republicans will just say to each other (as they always do) fuck what's best for the country...just weaken Obama so they (repugs) can get back power for their corporate fascism & military imperialism!
The Republicans will play very dirty and cry liberal media over & over, but what else can one expect from the filthy lying, hateful, greedy republicans and their corporate owned mainstream media pushing their bullshit each and every day!

Count Austan Goolsbee among the new breed of University of Chicago economists-led by best-selling "Freakonomics'' author Steven D. Levitt-who are concerned with applying the laws of economics to everyday business and human behavior, as opposed to spinning out abstract macroeconomic theory in the tradition of the Chicago School.
In his monthly column in the New York Times, Mr. Goolsbee has written about iPod software, ethnic divisions in postwar nations and the elimination of paper tax returns. "He asks questions people care about.''
