1. I saw that last night but I'm not sure I agree with him.
I think bush's ego wont let him admit it was illegal, criminally immoral and un-american to torture those prisoners we captured and imprisoned. By giving out pardons to torturers, the bush is admitting it was illegal and wrong.

2. Impeachment For Torture Can't Be Pardoned
And it remains our ONLY moral, patriotic (and best economic) option.

It can be over and done in a week. It will allow Obama to get right to work on the economy, instead of "sending signals." (Yes, he can be confirmed by Congress early as an interim President.)

Without it, no future prosecutions or investigations or "truth" commissions will be forthcoming; or have any legitimacy. Because Congress will have "approved" all the atrocities in the name of the (former) American People.

Failure to Impeach is our worst, damaging-for-generations, option. Far worse than the bushcheney crimes themselves.

3. Sadly, I agree with that.
Just as I believe the unpardonable Nixon pardon led directly to Bush.

6. Yes, Senator.
I don't care what Turley says. His attitude is so defeatist.

You're right about impeachment being our best economic option. We can make it happen. We have the power. We just have to believe in ourselves.
