1. Idiot.
Does he really think "minorities" care about taxes more than they care about having jobs? Taxes aren't much of a problem if you have no income. Just shows how out of touch these knuckleheads are.

6. Cantor and Boner
are far right of center. Neither has anything to say that's worth a shit. Now what was that Rove was talking about a permanent Republican majority? Apparently Rove is still calling the shots.

11. Bill Clinton can walk the streets of Harlem as a hero
Is there ANY Republican that could walk the streets of Harlem and even be recognized? And if recognized, would he get out with his life? Our African American brothers and sisters are not stupid, they KNOW who has been repressing them for generations, and it hasn't been the Democratic party.

14. If America is so center right
Why did we elect a liberal black guy from the north as president and not McCain? Why have we elected at least 13 democratic senators and about 60 house members in the last 2 elections?

Nobody brings that up.

If we are so center right, why is the GOP losing so badly?

15. Well, according to Rep. Cantor. . .it's because:
The American public doesn't like extreme on either side, so they threw out the extreme right, tilting the country to the left in government, but we're a conservative "Center-Right."

You know, I'm head's about to :

13. I didn't hear him mention taxes
But I may've missed it.

Anyway, when you look at what the GOP really stands for (not what they pretend to stand for) it is basically social darwinism, plutocracy and kakistocracy. They want a country run by and for the extremely rich and extremely stupid. Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney would make great GOP leaders.

And I would hope to christ that most black people know that even though the democratic party was the party of bigots for quite a while (1860-1950ish), once the democratic party started standing up for civil rights in the 1960s that all the people pissed about civil rights joined the GOP and are still there. Reagan gave a 1980 speech endorsing state's rights near Philadelphia Mississippi where 3 civil rights workers were murdered. Its so fucking stupid. Lets assume they did try to appeal to black people by talking about tax cuts. First off, GOP tax cuts would in actuality go to capital in the form of dividend, estate, federal income, capital gains tax cuts and not to labor in the form of social security, consumption or sales tax cuts. When has the GOP cut taxes on labor? It is always on capital.

"Sorry we have fought so hard to keep you out of our schools and communities. Here, let me fake like I'm going to lower your taxes $20 a month even though I'm not". How fucking dumb.

And the contemporary GOP is opposed to medicare and social security. And the base is a base of bigots against anyone who isn't a heterosexual, conventional, upper middle class WASP American.

I really don't get it. I can't even debate with my wingnut family anymore because their arguments are so stupid and poorly thought out that I can't really listen anymore.

this is the power of propoganda over a receptive mindset.

21. Yep, just K.I.S.S. and the idiots will believe it.
Fact based is such hard work. Like the fact that the Republicans had eight years to "reach out" to anyone they chose to yet the only people they reached out to were the people Bush counts as "his base". To quote Bush, "The haves, and the have mores."

Look around. We're suffering the effects of eight years of Republican reaching out. We certainly don't need and can't afford any more.

16. Keep getting truth out folks via DVD and articles posted door to door >
Edited on Sat Nov-29-08 03:08 AM by cooolandrew

The more truth out the smaller their base becomes. On the home made DVDs recordeded on screen capture and copied to disc, put NRA weekly on it so they will be assured to watch it. What goes around comes around they marginalized so many minorites they can reach out all they want no-one would buy that as genuine. Glory days. :) NRA is not a lie in this instance it means news real authentic.

A compliation of all thier crimes on DVD at home and overseas in the last 8 years would be a god heard hitting vid. They easily forget or have their news spun so it don't seem so bad.

20. Earth to Mr. Cantor
The Democratic Party just nominated and successfully elected black man President of the United States. If you really believe that the Republican party can address this and successfully compete for minority votes, as a dominant conservative caucasian organization, with nothing more than a better marketing plan, have at it, and good luck with that.

To be clear, you (the Republican Party) have lost these folks for a generation, perhaps longer.
