It was great of Dave to do this for the Mom and for the Bill Hicks fans who probably always wondered "why." It is true that the RW "xian" comments were nearly ahead of his time.... I admit cringing a bit on the "kill Billy Ray Cyrus" show premise, but hey, comedy is subjective and quite often provocative. :shrug:
