Cheney forgets to mention 9/11 happened when Bush was in office.

When will people realize, the threat of attack was NOT unrelated to Bush/Cheney being in office?

And, that the threat is reduced just by their defeat! 9/11 IS the Bush/Cheney legacy! It may not have happened under Gore.
