9. Careful what you wish for. She's my rep, and while it's good to have a Democrat...
She hasn't opposed Pelosi on any of her policies. Wasserman Schultz is DLC as anyone. She would not listen to us when we talked about impeaching Bush and Cheney, even though the Congrssman next door, Wexler was pushing for an investigation. She was totally soft on the Bush administration.

6. She sat there patiently for the first 2 minutes...

...letting him speak. As soon as she started talking (in answer to a question by Chris), he began interrupting her and never stopped. My 4 year old niece has better manners than the typical republican, they can never let the Democrat speak without constantly interrupting, but are so quick to be offended when they are interrupted.

But, all of that aside, she was great, and Tweety didn't do too badly either!

edited for crappy spelling

12. When the law is on your side, hammer the law. When sympathy is, hammer sympathy.
When neither is on your side, hammer the table.

I hope he loses his seat in the next election, but he probably won't.

10. What's with the Malkin eyes?
I always thought "wild eyed" was just an expression, but a lot of Repugs seem to have them.

13. I saw it differently
Good clip, but a misleading headline.

Bilbray got twice as much time as Schultz did. He was more emphatic and made his points more clearly (even though they are hogwash). Debra could barely get a word in edgewise for the first 4 minutes. When she talked, she was clear and direct, but not emphatic enough to make me stand up and cheer.

It was another typical interview for Tweety. He gently favors GOP spin no matter how fanciful or harmful the spin is. I was pretty pissed off by the end of the segment. Debbie is very good at a lot of things, but not going on the Tweety show.

15. Fantastic. I remember during the Primaries she was rooting for HRC...
and I kept wishing she was on Obama's side since he had a few pundit failures out there.
