O'Reilly defends calling Helen Thomas a witch

Courtney Martin of the Womens Media Center joins Bill OReilly to discuss disparaging comments he made about Helen Thomas.

1. Courtney did a good job, despite Bill's usual bullying

and talking over her. She stuck to the issue at hand.

And really, comparing mockery of Sarah Palin to mockery of Helen Thomas? The power relationships run in two completely different ways. Bill's even stupider than usual on this one.

4. She did, was that normal bullying for him or more nasty than usual?

I only ask because I very rarely see him and he seemed extremely vile, like an obnoxious teenager who gets increasingly obnoxious the more they realize how wrong they are.

That whole "if you didn't defend Sarah Palin then I can say what I want to anyone I want" argument is extremely retarded and it deeply saddens me to think there are people who agree with every word that spews out of his hate ridden voice hole.

2. Okay, if the Taliban is hiding in Pakistan, why did we invade Iraq?

Care to answer that question, O'Asshole? And no "got the intelligence wrong" copouts...

3. The obvious intent of Thomas's question was

to get Obama on the record as saying that there are terrorists in Pakistan, and that's why we are bombing that country. Same goes with her question about nukes in the Middle East- we always skirt around mentioning that Israel is the only confirmed nuclear power in that region.

If O'Reilly knew the first thing about journalism, he would understand this. He's a sleazebag, and his job is to say nasty things about liberals, so that's par for the course. But it's good to point out how bad he is at his supposed job as a journalist every once in a while.
