What a sad man Ron Christi is. You can always depend upon him to emasculate himself for the Republican party. He reminds me of Justice Alito, who was born to poor immigrant parents and thinks that because he is smart the powerful and wealthy consider him an equal. What neither of them realize is that they might get invited to some of the parties, but they never actually get to join the fraternity. Like the smart boy who brings up the house GPA, Ron and Sam are one of the boys only as long as the frat needs them. In Christie's case, he's a useful fool. It's a shame, because he really does seem to be a decent guy at heart.

4. The thing about that cartoon that I object to is not its racism

though it is clearly racist . . . it is showing a violent death to the author of the stimulus bill. No one touches on that, much. It's the call to violence that I strongly object to - the racism is just sad and pathetic (as well as evil), but what can you expect from some people? showing a representation of the President being mowed down by police, however . . . that really crosses the line.
