He was at a Crisis Pregnancy Center Fundraiser in Nebraska when this was filmed. The video was released by KHAS-TV.

Keyes gets upset when the interviewer does not take seriously his claims that Obama is illegitimately in the presidency. Like a child..he says don't laugh.

He calls Obama an abomination and lies about his views. He is really repulsive.

Alan Keyes: Doing What He Does Best

Alan Keyes was in Nebraska the other day where he was the featured speaker at a fundraiser for the Triple A Crisis Pregnancy Center. Outside of the event, KHAS-TV's Curt Casper caught up with the perennial presidential candidate to get his thoughts on his one-time campaign rival and current president, Barack Obama.

Needless to say, Keyes is not a fan:

"Obama is a radical communist and I think it is becoming clear. That is what I told people in Illinois and now everybody realizes it is coming true. He is going to destroy this country and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist," said Keyes.

KHAS also released the video of the four-minute interview and it is really worth watching, especially when Keyes starts getting upset that the interviewer is not taking seriously his claims that Barack Obama's presidency is illegitimate, saying "it's not a laughing matter ... we're in the midst of the greatest crisis this nation has ever seen and if we don't stop laughing about it and deal with it, we're going to find ourselves in the midst of chaos, confusion, and civil war"

I saw him in a hotel lobby in 2004. I introduced myself and told him I thought he was a magnificent speaker. He brought up some subject about right-to-life (he was there as a guest of the local group) and I replied that I didn't share his views on that and that I was democrat. He gave me an astonished look, TURNED AROUND AND WALKED AWAY without another word.

we have been set up for the terrible conditions that mr keyes and other republican apologists predict will be the outcome of the "bail-out", by the policies of the very people making the predictions.
they know that economic and social conditions will worsen in the coming year, and very likely for several years after that, and it is their strategy to implant the idea that the stimulus package is the cause of people's misery not their own reckless decision making and policy implementation processes.

its psychological ware fare.
we will all be frightened when americans are being arrested over food riots and increasing incidence of crime. many of us will then remember the wise words of mr keyes, that "obama's plan led us to ruination".
it could be just me but i swear keyes looked and sounded a bit like chicken little in that interview?
oh, i nearly forgot. keyes and his ilk are also actively doing what they can to insure that the stimulus won't help the little guy. just to increase their chances of using people's misery and fear to grab power again.
