The U.S. government sued UBS AG , Switzerland’s largest bank, to try to force disclosure of the identities of as many as 52,000 American customers who allegedly hid their secret Swiss accounts from U.S. tax authorities. UBS decision to disclose names threathens Swiss banking system; Swiss banking secrecy at risk, a report from Francine Lacqua of Bloomberg News.

1. So, what governmental entity is filing the lawsuit?
Is it our AG, Eric Holder? If so, I applaude him. This is change in which I can believe. Sic 'em.
