Tina Brown has done a lot of things in the world of publishing-- some good, some dreadful. Alas, she is recently responsible for subjecting the world to the further bubble-headed ramblings of Meghan McCain by allowing her to blog at The Daily Beast. For shame, Tina! For SHAME!

However, I found the program to be very funny and enjoyed it a LOT!

One part especially warmed my "cockles" was when he called City Bank, Shitty Bank and Bank of America, Skank of America!

Just last week "Skank" of America FINALLY settled a fraud case that I have been pursuing for OVER FOUR YEARS! Got my check and transferred it to another account right away!! I have tales to tell that would curl a bald man's hair!!

a Royalty hanger-on who wrote a Bio of Dianna and now has thedailybeast.com (never checked it out) that suddenly was THE cite to go to amongst the people on the TV mostly, from what I can tell, as another voice in the choir. She is basically a very well connected blogger.

I was campaigning online pretty much 24/7 over the last few months of the election and never heard of that blog.

Her faux American accent is what puts me off her most, ew. Also, she seems out of her league in this situation and maybe would be better off keeping to her gossip columns.

Obama was referring to mistakes the US has made 'recently' as millions of innocent Iraqis are dead misplaced or disabled from failed policies like firing the Iraq army when they offered to side and joining with US forces which in turn started the "insurgency" formed by gangs and unemployed soldiers. This does not even take into account the complete destruction of Iraq's economy and the corrupt US contractors and the ethnic cleansing Bush did for political reasons to make himself look good. There are radicals in every religion and she tries to make us believe they are all "beheaders". She's managed to make a good living from her propaganda during the Bush years...now not so much.

OBL is dead... so quit using him as the strawman for justification of military tactics.

Sorry Bill, but the media is not the people, they are the beltway establishment village so disconnected from the masses they look like aliens or Paliens...same thing.

She changed both the New Yorker and Vanity Fair by THE FORCE OF HER WILL. More than her style for publications. She also changed the way New York publications hired people. They became the outsource of jobs for unemployed British writers for many years. :smoke:
