Government Officials should warrant no statute of limitations. How unjust. It is like we live in a Banana Republic.

3. There is no statute of limitations for murder, |

which was reportedly the end result of several events of torture. Also, here are some basic rules about the running of criminal statutes of limitation:
In the case of an offense of which an element is a continuing course of conduct, the period of limitation does not begin to run until such course of conduct or the accused’s accountability for it terminates, whichever occurs first.
The period of limitation shall not run during any time when the corpus delicti (the substance or foundation of the crime) remains undiscovered.
The period of limitation shall not run during any time when the accused purposely avoids prosecution.
