1. Point made, point taken. Let it ride

Burris will vote with us, and will cause as few waves as possible due to his dubious
sponsorship. The 2010 midterms will be here soon enough, and Burris will make his exit,
either graciously by not running, or by coming in 275th in the Democratic Senatorial
primaries in Illinois. Either way, he is gone. Coleman's presence as a non-voting, self-
appointed Republican Lobbyist-Senator is something I find far more disturbing. Why are
we not concentrating our Senators' attention on that?

2. Burris should resign when David Vitter resigns

and Senators stop giving standing ovations to convicted felons.
