NBC was showing him. He looked half slouched and bored out of his gourd. It reminds me of his posture after Obama was given the Oath of Office during his inauguration. He's such a partisan hack. He doesn't want to try something new for the good of the country. He'd rather keep on the same course that got us here because his party and its ideology are more important than the good of the country.
It wouldn't surprise me if Boehner made a bee-line out of the room right after Obama's speech and polished off a few drinks in his office.
