The BART station is a dreaded PPP. Public and Private Partnership. They should just nationalize it.

1. This is still America guys and you cannot demand somebody be convicted-
they can demand he go before a grand jury and they can maybe demand an indictment (I'm not sure about this one), but they cannot demand a conviction. That 'due process' thingy we are always screaming about applies to everyone.
