A powerful still life compilation video I created for my brother`s band Half Past Zero. The images closely coincide with the lyrics.

This was my first editing attempt(please be kind:-) ). Please comment.

thanks.

This is going to become a great forum.

3. Awesome for a first attempt! Very moving...

It's good you kept the images moving quickly... most of us have very short attention spans. My only suggestion would be to hold the images of sad faces a little longer. Most of the images were a bit fuzzy... not sure what that's about but I'm betting its a technical thing I know nothing about.

And now something I know a little more about... new bands and the way they present themselves. I wrote about music and did concert photog (mostly metal and punk) for nearly eight years and I have a killer record for picking winners. The following I've said more times than I can count...

But first... great riffs! Some solid guitar work there. I'd have to listen again to concentrate on bass guitar and drums... Vocals were ok; room for improvement but I hear some real talent there.

Now for the real advice that should be taken seriously. You are not Led Zeppelin (yet?) I'd cut that entire intro OUT!!! When a producer listens to a demo, it has to hook 'em in the first 10 seconds or so. Long intros should be used by established (read HUGE) bands only. Like I said, most of us have short attention spans and add to that the fact that we don't know you. If you were Turbonegro or The Hidden Hand, I'd give you the benefit of the doubt and listen through to the hook, but you aren't there yet. Be good to yourself and cut the intros off ALL of your tunes! You will get far more attention starting out with that slammin' hook of a riff!

All that being said, thank you for using your music to deliver a much needed message!

Bravo~!

5. Thank you very much for the construct
This is my brother`s(bass) band . I agree as to the intro and length of the song(freebird it ain`t).

I think the lead kicks ass !

guitarist did the vocals.

Thanks again. I`ll forward the suggestions.
