Mike Ruppert is one of the few people who has joined the dots. The attacks on him over the years show just how close he is to the truth about the creeping fascism that is a corollary to the preparations for Peak Oil and also the inter-relationship of abundant oil with debt-based economic systems. Others in the know such as Richard Heinberg and Catherine Austin Fitts know what the real deal is too.

What MCR has posited is the reality that people don't want to face...once the oil peaks our precarious economic system is going to crumble.
