34. Yes indeedy!
And Rush, Bush, Cheney, ad nauseam! Me too :) Think you really know everything there is about Cheney, Rumsfeld, Perle and Wolfowitz?
You haven't seen NOTHING. Think drone airplanes are new? The size of AIRLINERS? How about 1962 (fast forward to 38 minutes on this video)

Maybe you'll see why people like Jesse (and I) still have questions. I wear my tin foil proudly!

That little chicken hawk twit couldn't handle the heat, so he storm off the set after "Jesse the Body" slammed him for not serving in the Military. Kilmeade said "I can't fight for American", That statement floored me. Jesse came back and reminded him " You'll not fighting for us". I guess Kilmeade got caught up in the moment, thinking he served in the Military. What a laugh!! All Chicken Hawks are like that, just ask Bush and Cheney. You could tell by his body language, Jesse were pummeling him during commercial break. Poor little Kilmeade, Jesse body slammed his little ass, so he left to go suck Murdock tit.

And they call me a loon. http://www.wisecountyissues.com/?p=138 Bush kept U.S. safe from another terrorist attack since 9/11 ? Hell, what he and Cheney have allowed to go on 24/7 in Appalachia is toxic terrorism. We are being bombed, blasted and bulldozed right into 3rd world America.

I think these psychos want to torture just to forment fear in people around the World. These pasty little rich children become adults then pretend they know how to fight against terrorism to save a country they never sacrificed for. Unbelievable... the liar that walked off the stage couldn't even stand in a debate with Jesse and he's willing to allow Jesse to waterboard him???? Lol.

31. It makes them feel like hard cases to support torture.
If it came to light that the NYPD and LAPD took power drills to people's kneecaps, conservatives would support that as well because they want everyone to know that they're tough, poseurs, er, I mean bastards.

16. I can't believe the quality of the "journalists" that are on cable television
I honestly cannot believe that someone is able to get up and walk off of the set where they are interviewing someone because the interviewee has the nerve to disagree with the OPINION of the journalist.

Why is a journalist giving his opinion as news anyway?? And why would any network allow someone that immature, uninformed and unprofessional to represent their organization on the air?? And he's not the only one.

It is unreal what's happening to the broadcast industry in America right now. With quality "journalism" and "reporting" like this, I'm surprised everyone in the U.S. isn't watching BBC.

46. Surely even Fox fanatics don't consider Fox and Friends to be "journalism".
This show consists of three twits, all partisan hacks, who regurgitate today's right-wing talking points to confirm the false beliefs and prejudices of whatever kind of mouth-breathing cretin actually watches tripe like this show. There is no "journalism" going on within 10 miles of that glitzy set.

62. PLEASE DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE
To get THE FAIRNESS DOCTRINE reinstated. It is one of the best
possibilities that Americans can, once again, become well
informed world citizens. If nothing else, it allows us to see
more than one side of an opinion and DECIDE FOR OURSELVES.
Reagan purposefully sold the truth to the highest bidder, so
he and the Neo-Cons could legally spread propaganda, with no
repercussions, throughout America.

59. Ask questions...Is Obama a muslim
Sometimes it's smart to keep asking questions, when people don't want to give answers. Jesse knows this.

And sometimes it's stupid to keep asking the same questions when it's already been answered.

But every time it is wise to do your own research in to matters that you question.

Obama is not a Muslim. The question has been answered, but if you question the answer, please do your own research, and stop asking the question.

That is the problem with people today, we depend too much on the media and a few individuals with agendas who hide behind the flag, as opposed to taking time to do the research. The internet is FREE, like the public library. Cable News is costing you money, peace of mind, and all sensibility - not to mention TRUTH.

On the video at 3:20 Jesse asks Kilmeade if he has been waterboarded and asks if he wants him to waterboard him and Kilmeade says 'fine'.

So, I guess now we have two Hannity and Kilmeade that have said 'yes'.

If Fox were to air the waterboarding of Hannity and Kilmeade then that would be a show I'd watch on Fox!

42. HOLEE CRAP!!
I've seen all of Jesse's appearances this week, and this one was the best. It was so deliciously awkward. Nothing even close to resembling journalism, but then, is it ever? I love the way the other two just sat there, with the woman trying to pretend like the tension wasn't happening. And Steve Doocey (I think, the blond guy) squirming and staying as far out of the way as possible. Mwwaahh. Delicious!

You'll notice, that once the wastes of space started talking calmly, he responded the same. I don't know, if this book tour goes on much longer and Jesse encounters another douche without the sense to run, Jesse might do 'go time'.

Is there another part to this, it looked like there was a little more?

43. Funny they left the 9/11 stuff off air...
If we are going to get into a big discussion over who ordered and executed torture, then it stands to reason that we must get into who was tortured and why. When this happens, all paths lead invariably back to 9/11, and as Jesse stated so correctly, questioning the government's version of events that day is taboo. If the validity of the Bush regime's version of 9/11 fails, the whole house of cards (i.e., the wars, the PATRIOT Act, the Dept. of Homeland Security, attack on the Constitution, etc.) tumbles. Fox News reliably left this part of the conversation off air.

Reinvestigate 9/11 America - anyone with half a brain cell can see that the government's version is implausible and most of all, impossible.

Except for the blonde having to insert Obama's name to keep her job at Faux, I really appreciated that part of the segment. It is important to be able to ask questions and openly discuss anything and everything. There should be no taboo subjects or sacred cows.

57. Always liked Jesse. Everyone should read the IRA Green Book
Jesse is the real deal, a real standup guy. He doesn't lie. I happen to read along time ago while studying socialism, the IRA Green Book. Much of it has to do with the struggle with the IRA and the English but there is a section on torture and everyone should read it, because when we bring the socialist revolution to the U.S. that section will come in handy because it could happen to anyone of us. Especially take note about the humiliation part of torture, were talking Abu Grave type stuff. Here is a link to the interrogation part of the manual.

58. I never watch FOX - you know what they are going to say
Edited on Wed May-20-09 09:14 AM by peacetalksforall
But I did watch this and I'm glad.

Jesse - our hero of the week. I think we should plant the seeds of using him to get Democrats in Congress to stand up for the country like Jesse does. We can just plain ask them to speak out the way Jesse does and cut off the crap. (Of course, we have to be Jesse with our own leaders, also).

I think i'll buy his book (the paperback version at least) to thank him.

Brian is his name? Poor 'ittle boy. Did you run off to find your Mommy?

And the blond is from Minnesota? I just learned this. What's with MN - Coleman, Bachman, conniving city, county/counties, and state department police who worked with the RNC to make it look like the RNC was under attack, used phoney protestors and window breakers, and overdid the assauts and charges (plus jailing) of well intentioned protestors who did not break the laws.

69. There's one thing I'd like to change
about his schtick - every clip I've seen he asks - Why don't we do it to prisoners? Why don't we do it to gang members? There are enough assholes out there who would hear that and think, "Yeah, why don't we? They deserve it." Instead I wish he'd say "Why did we sentence Japanese soldiers to 15 years of hard labor and in some cases execute them for doing it to American soldiers?"

73. It was okay because it worked....
Interesting defense for a bank robber... I needed more money, so I robbed a bank. I got more money, so that makes it okay.

74. I have believed, and said for many a year, that when you confront
these people, they run. Kilmeade proved it, he ran as if he were about to catch fire.

EVERY time someone questions authority, (either real or perceived), either a viable answer is forthcoming, or they run for the hills because they know they've been caught. The hills are overpopulated, as viable answers for the bush horror are in very short supply.

FWIW...this works very well on the local level as well...we had a City Council Meeting where they wanted to pass an ordinance on cleaning up after elephants on th main thouroughfare...:eyes: While this may seem logical on the outer shell, I had to ask when was the last time an elephant came down the main street, or for that matter, when was anytime an elephant came down the main thoroughfare, or anywhere else? I listened to the locals laughing at the City Council, took my seat, and watched as the motion was tabled by a red-faced goup of morons.

Question authority...if the answer makes sense, fine, if not, fight.

82. I will say this for Fox, they don't often dare face someone like that on television.
They're beginning, maybe because they have to, to face articulate people who have opinions differing from their own. Baby steps but steps none the less.
