2. guess they don't know how to use spell check. unless they did it on purpose so that
their supporters can read it. ok, maybe i shouldn't say that. sorry.

11. I wouldn't give Maggie Gallagher that much credit.
She doesn't possess one strategic bone in her hypocritical body.

Would you believe it if I told you she once was a single mother?

3. "The rights of people who believe marriage is between a man and a woman will no longer matter." wtf?
I love it when bigots start talking about rights.

I watched "Milk" this past weekend, and a truly laugh-out-loud moment for me was when Anita Bryant suggested that giving equal rights to "homosexuals" would mean having to grant rights criminals. It is truly amazing that the conservatives attempt to appeal to the most ignorant.

5. It's political bottom feeding for cash and votes.
I'm starting to feel sorry for how the ignorant have been used and tossed away, without getting very much in return.

Maggie Gallagher and Brian Brown are the last, desperate breaths from a movement that George Bush helped to destroy.

6. I'd feel sorry for them if they ever tried to get a clue.
Have you ever talked to these people to explain that they are voting against their best interests? They simply don't care.

10. I've been married for almost 25 years.
My wife and I agree that the more married people there are (straight or gay), the stronger the institution called "Marriage" will be.

That entire statement "rights of straight people won't matter" is a lie. It's wrong. It isn't even defensible on a factual basis, let alone a moral one. Talk about scare tactics...

The ad itself is a chunk of shit. It should never be aired on TV or radio. It is certainly aimed at the black community. The narrator should be ashamed of himself for reading the copy out loud.

4. what is wrong with these people. so what they think is all that matters!!
let's try that in historical context....

if we recognize blacks as citizens, then they'll want to vote. and they'll take over everything! what about those of us who don't believe blacks are citizens!!

if we let women vote, then they'll want to go out and work and leave the men at home to take care of the kids. or worse.. what if they don't even want to have kids!! what about the rights of men!!

what if we let blacks sit anywhere they want on the bus!! next they'll expect to go to the same schools with our kids!! they'll be teaching our kids that blacks are no different than us!! they'll want their kids to take our kids spots in college and what will we do then!! what about our rights as white americans!

7. The ad seems to be targeting blacks....
Anyone else pick up on that?

Is this ad simply for the net or is it to be televised? If televised, it'd be interesting to see which demographic markets they'll be saturating with this POS.

8. It's being aired in Albany and NYC.
Complete waste of money and resources on their part.
