Has he had a stroke? He's really slurring his words and at about 5 minutes into this video he starts to cry. Weird.

he may have had some problems that has effected his speech. as for his crying i think that`s from coming to the realization that he is nearing the end of his life and he cannot control the emotions that he suppressed in his life and his dreams will never be. his neglect of his son is the thing that weighs most heavily on his mind..he realizes that this neglect has created a monster and the dream of his son presidency has become a nightmare...
