"As the health care debate heats up, MSNBC interviews Gov. Howard Dean, a medical doctor, about the need for public officials to support the interests of common citizens over corporate health care interests."

I am assuming this was from yesterday. Not sure.

He reiterated that Obama himself supports the public option. He is not too critical about Rahm's comments because he said there were varied reports of his words...and he was not there.

Tamron laughs and quotes the Esquire article where Dean says Washington is more resistant to change than anything except a few religious cults. He says that's what he said.

He said Washington is a conservative town that doesn't like change. Also said it is a battle between Washington and President Obama.

Says it about voting for the health insurance lobby or voting for the people.
