Slander and libel are hard to prove in our system.

You have to show reputation ( and economic ) impact and I really don't that 20 posts is going to do that, or calling you a "bad name" (terrorist) is going to rise to slander or defamation. I think it was just to get your goat, which it did.

Of course, you also have to sue DU to get his name, so you have to start TWO lawsuits. Years of litigation for what, I am 100% positive, will lead to nothing.

movement. The press hasn't really covered the murders they have encouraged with the help of the radical right hate on the radio and TV. They are eliminationists and sometimes I wonder how bad it will get, how many citizens will become targets of these ignorant intolerant hillbillies. These are simple minded people that believe what they are told by those they believe blindly and they are people that have never really understood the precepts of freedom.
