Senator Ensign, already embroiled in a cheating scandal has now fallen further into financial jeopardy as it is learned his parents (each separately) paid the former employee and mistress's family a total of eight (8) payments of $12,000.00, totaling almost a hundred grand, as 'gifts' after the husband learned of their affair. This is not including the other tens of thousands of dollars reportedly paid to the mistress as 'severence' pay and any other monies/raises earned during previous employ.

1. How much money do these people have that they throw it around like that?!!

Maybe we should ask these 'generous parents' to help foot the bill for the investigation of their son's activities. Or better yet, see if their philanthropy will help with the cost of health care for the working class and poor.

They are such GIVERS - I'm sure they'd think nothing of it. <puke>

4. Shouldn't this be a problem?

Isn't it problematic that this federal legislator has demonstrated a susceptibility and responsiveness because of the potential damage to his personal status because of his improper acts? Isn't his integrity as a law maker quite seriously impacted?

Oh, wait, he has (R) after his name so it's perfectly acceptable.
