I am sure there is a lot of information Herr Rove would consider dangerous in the 'wrong hands.' It would likely mean prison time for him, and many of his cohorts.

9. Rove seems to forget that his guy is not in the White House

and his party is not in charge of the CIA, and there is a law that requires the administration to inform certain select trusted members of Congress about what the CIA and the administration are doing with regard to secret operations. There is a reason for that law -- to prevent administrations from becoming dictatorships. Of course, that is Rove's ideal form of government: a dictatorship in which he and his buddies are the dictators. Herr Rove is incredible.
