1. Good answer: Rewrite the statute.
This remedy will always trump judicial activism, barring unconstitutionality.

2. I think she's telling Franken and Congress..
.. you make the law and we interpret it to see
if it's Constitutional.

I think Franken got it when he said "we've got some
work to do on this."
