"The military denies..."
For years, pointing out the strange pattern of "contrails" in the skies was a quick way to earn the label "nut job."

Well, now the TV news is starting to pay attention.

Remarkable quote from the first video:

"Until nine years, the government had the right under US law to conduct secret testing on the American public under specific conditions. '

Only a public outcry repealed part of that law with some exceptions."

What law is she talking about?

3. Maybe they should contact U.S. Rep. Holt as he is on a campaign to hold investigations into CIA
"PRACTICES"

He even said it should be on par with the "Church commitee hearings" of the 70s :wow:

4. here in the lower Hudson Valley, "chemtrails" used to be a daily occurance . . .
up until about five years ago . . . then they just stopped . . .

I remember waking up on days when the sky was clear blue -- clear enough to watch multiple large jets travelling across the skies repeatedly, leaving these chemtrails in their wake . . . chemtrails differ from contrails in that they don't disappear like contrails (which are essentially water vapor) do . . . instead they gradually spread out and form cloud covers that change a clear day into an overcast day within a few hours . . .

for a time, this kind of thing was a daily occurance in this area . . . I can recall watching these planes criss-cross the skies, laying their trails in a checkerboard pattern that eventually would cover the entire sky as they gradually spread out . . . on most days clear blue skies transformed into overcast skies by late morning or early afternoon as the trails expanded and essentially turned into clouds . . .

and then they stopped . . .

around four or five years ago (I think), this phenomenon (whatever it was) just seemed to stop . . . no longer were there multiple jets laying their chemtrails, and no longer would clear days turn cloudy because of their activities. . . I have no idea why the change happened -- or what the phenomenon was in the first place . . . all I know is that it was an almost daily occurance for the longest time that stopped suddenly and hasn't returned since . . . except on isolated days now and then . . .

I've read all kinds of theories about these chemtrails, and even seen photos of web-like substances that collected on the ground following some of these flights . . . I still don't know what to make of them -- but I do know that someone was doing something in the skies around here on a daily basis for a number of years, and now they aren't doing it anymore . . .

talk about things that make you go "hmmmm" . . .

6. Here ya go..
http://www.whale.to/a/cantwell9.html

For over twenty years the law allowed the US Department of Defense (DoD) to use Americans as “guinea pigs.” This law (the US code annotated Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520, dated 30 July, 1977) remained on the books until it was repealed under public pressure in 1998. The new and revised bill prohibits the DoD from conducting tests and experiments on humans, but allows “exceptions.” One of the exceptions is that a test or experiment can be carried out for “any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.” Thus, the 1998 law has obvious loopholes which allow secret testing to continue. For details on the restrictions (and exceptions) for human testing for chemical and biological agents, consult the Gulf War Vets website at http//www.gulfwarvets.com/1520a.htm.

And people wonder why I have a permanent :tinfoilhat: on my head.
