Was Sen. Al Franken just kidding around during Judge Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation hearings?

2. The Franken at the hearings was the same as the Franken on AirAmericaRadio.
and on the campaign trail.

The OTHER Franken is on SNL. Is that the only one you've seen?

4. The radical right
will only support someone who believes in an omnipotent mythical sky hero. All other beliefs are blasphemous and subject to scorn.
Whenever someone in the public eye starts telling the truth as they see it, they have to issue an apology or risk being smothered by feigned outrage and a substandard corporate media.

5. The Right
All very true, but the left also has its litmus test. Robert Bork was extremely well qualified to sit on the court but was turned down because he wouldn't play the game (and as a consequence we got Clarence Thomas.) Right or Left, to get on the court you have to hide what you really thing about the law.
