Summary: Cenk plays a lot of Devil's Advocate here with Glenn Greenwald of Salon.com on prosecution of the Bush Administration (could there be negative consequences, etc.). I appreciated that more than just having the two of them figuratively nodding 'yes' to each other for 16 minutes. But I'm sure some people will take it the wrong way and think Cenk actually disagrees with Glenn which is absurd to anyone who watches TYT.

1. Thanks for posting.

Excellent interview with one of my favorite writers, Glenn Greenwald. Cenk does a great job. Their analysis is spot on, unfortunately in some cases.

The crimes that this administration is not investigating range from slapping people in the head, to raping and torturing CHILDREN as a 'third party influence' on those they think will give them something. Anything really.

I don't even buy that it is the political loser they claim it to be, to prosecute both those that perpetrated as well as those that ordered, such crimes. However far reaching that investigation may turn out to be, it must be done imo. In the long run it is in our best interest, because it is the moral thing to do.

It's really that simple.

Thus the opposite, not investigating and holding accountable those responsible, would seem to be the immoral thing to do. Even if it cost us direly politically, and I don't think it would, I would still support an investigation with prosecutions.
