And I'm not happy with the quality of care.

They just trying to get you the hell out of their office as fast as they can. Go to the doctor -- get the bum's rush.

Along the way, there's very little consideration of the patient's complaint. Just, "here, take this and see what happens."

When my Mom's cancer was discovered, her HMO said -- not kidding here -- "the doctor we're going to assign you to is on vacation so call back in a month."

Let me make sure I got this - cost and access. We give all those uninsured more ACCESS and keep the COST low by denying their claims?

This was the same interview where McConnell talked about his "friend in Florida who had a friend in Canada". Nice to hear a personal account. I have a friend whose wife's sister was heartbroken over that story.
