Bailouts aside, he is working across lines so much that liberals are accusing him of being too soft, did Bush do that? Would Bush had bailed out banks? Would bush push though a Kenynesian-style stimulus? Would Bush repeal the embargo? Would Bush make the statements Obama did on Israel? Would Bush had closed Gitmo? Just because he is more towards the center than some progressives would like--me included--doesn't mean that he is not a change from previous administrations. Accuse him of pandering to the GOP or Wall Street, fine, but don't tell me he isn't a change from previous administrations.
