An incredible speech by Judge Andrew Napolitano on civil liberties in wartime and the current state of civil liberties including FISA courts, self-written search warrants, the PATRIOT Act, Intelligence Authorization Act of 2004, the MCA, and how those acts were pushed through congress. Napolitano insults Bush, calls the PATRIOT Act "the most abominable, unconstitutional, hateful document...." and labels Giuliani the "The authoritarian mayor of New York." Great speech!

I have more respect for Napolitano now.

He was actually said quite a few good things about Carter trying to prevent abuse of warrantless searches.

7. Where is this guy??

I'm not sure if this guy is Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, or what. He's on the propaganda network all the time as an authority on this and that..and then he starts talking sense. He's even on with some other dildo on one of the radio stations, but I haven't spent any time listening to them. The other guy who is on with him is such a hack.
