KUCINICH: "The health care debate ends up being a debate about the legitimacy of our political system. If this is truly a government of the people, by the people and for the people, then why do we not already have a health care system which meets the needs of all the people? Is it because we have a market-based for-profit health care system? Why do we have 50 million Americans uninsured and another 50 million Americans underinsured? Why are most bankruptcies connected to people being so heavily in debt for hospital bills?

America faces not only a health crisis, but a spiritual crisis, when health insurance and other interest groups stand between the people and their government, extracting the wealth of our nation and appropriating it to a few at the expense of the many; impressing upon the many the burden of illness and of brevity of life.

It is time to break the hold these interest groups have on our government. When we do, our nation will be more healthy and more free."

If we can pass Medicare for All, I believe that the United States of America will have truly turned a corner. Americans will finally have reason for hope, not sloganized "Hope" but actual hope. On the other hand, if we miss this opportunity once again, I fear that things will get bleaker still.

4. There is no way we are not going to have medicare for all, we are one of the modern nations and all

modern nations have it.  We are behind the times here, and we
are noticing how our so called representatives and
senators would rather use our tax dollars for other purposes,
like violence, death to line their pockets in industries
out to unnerve us (cops), to kill us (wars) and to sicken us
(cdc, fda, baxter international,).

Stop already,  Love your life.  Love each other.  Get out of
this and beat off the destruction of our
constitution, our true rights to the qualities of life
(including rights to abortions) that work for us.

After all we are working for them to use our money, we should
be in charge of what they use it for.
There is plenty of our tax dollars to pay for health care,
good education, low cost loans, high savings rates
and anything else we damn please when we declare it.  Just
declare it.  It all belongs to you, to me. to all of us.

Don't fall into the trap of self hatred, but have compassion
for your conditioning and then choose. 

Choose well, because Halliburton is just dying to rebuild the
burn that will occur if we don't get on top of this.
