To his actual birth, in Hawaii, would not be enough evidence for these people.

I wonder if the difference between right conspiracy theorists and left conspiracy theorists is that on the right, it doesn't matter if the evidence is right there in front of your face, your belief is what matters most. Left conspiracy theorists are generally smart enough to pick an obsession where there isn't enough evidence to prove either side.

people will believe it. This birther issue is a big distraction - when
we can't provide health care reform
we have soldiers dieing in Iraq and Afghanistan
and the polar ice caps are melting.

Like the Sarah Palin melodrama, this is one huge distraction from issues the public needs to be in the streets about.
