We all know how smart and hardworking he is but the Senate is about to find out just how clever he is.


The cutaway shots to the other Senators as he cites them to support his position are priceless.


Best among them is the shot of Lindsay Graham who is saying to himself:


"Note to self, don't fuck around with this guy he is way way too smart to get on his bad side. See if there isn't something that we can't co-sponsor from the get go."
