One of the latest plans coming from Washington is to tax high-end insurance policies to help pay for healthcare reform. The question is whether or not this plan will produce enough money to actually pay for all the reforms that are needed. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire appears on "Cavuto" to talk about a few other alternatives.
