Health Care for ALL people is a prime social justice, human rights issue. People are dieing every day because they are not getting the health care they need and have a right to. Des Moines Catholic workers are leading the cause in the insurance capital of the world Des Moines Iowa, to achieve health care for all people no matter what standing.

1. Something just occurred to me...
Corporations are treated as individuals due to corporate personhood... they abuse all the rights that can be applied to a person as they needed.
Being that a corporation is considered a person, Insurance companies may be taken to task for willful negligence and negligent homicide.
Unfortunately, finding a lawyer willing to take up that case would be difficult indeed.
