13. BRIAN WILLIAMS SHAME ON YOU!
Why would he allow such trivial 'news' to fill his broadcast as if it's important stuff, when he should be reporting on the tragedies this president is forcing on the american people... where's there hard reporting? there's like none of that anymore, oh that's right, giant corporations who are repuke owned run things... amazing keith is on tv, serioulsy... amazing.

5. Wow 42 seconds of network news time for that
I wonder how many lives they could have saved with only 42 seconds each night pointing out the obvious lies leading up to the war.

6. Not so fast, comrade--Check out the video with this story
Tony Snow says the watch "was placed in his pocket" (why not just "he put it in his pocket"?). The video shows Bush greeting the crowd from a different angle, with a view of both of his hands temporarily blocked by his body. But the angle of his elbows suggest that there's no way his hands came together close enough to remove the watch. You can't take off a wristwatch with one hand, especially if it straps on.

11. well, two things...
1) Fascists really like using the passive voice, because it doesn't name the actor/doer, thus avoiding laying responsibility at anybody's feet. "Five protesters were shot today," instead of "Police assaulted protesters," etc. Snow is probably so used to using the passive voice to weasel around the important stuff, that even on mundane crap like this, he still uses it.

2) Considering that Georgie probably can't even tie his shoes or put on a regular watch, maybe the wristband for his watch is velcro instead of leather? That would be easy to remove with one hand, even for lil' Georgie. ;-)

7. Well, it's a good thing they got to the bottom of THAT!
I was nearly convinced that Albanians are all pick-pockets and thieves.
