5. well, when you consider that the "media" is a business, and Howard Stern was
bringing in tons of $$$ for Clear Channel, and because he started "turning" on Bush in 2004, Clear Channel decided to cut its profits and shut him down ...

it's not truly about making money any more ... I mean, the old-fashioned way ...

6. BOOM
goes the dynamite and dead on.

"you are being oblivious or dismissive of the position he holds and the integrity that comes along with it"

Been that way for the past few months as these people continue to push the line with legislation wanting Obama to apologize to Crowley, suggesting he's out of control and inciting the nut jobs. We've already had one black guard and a women's doctor blatantly killed..yet they keep turning up the heat. They're really on a feeding frenzy.

7. Listen if you will but the real truth
is that Glenn Beck doesn't care about America, he cares about ratings. If he has to cry or act like an idiot to get them, so be it.

I also disagree that George W. Bush was a racist. He didn't let those people drown because they were black, it was because they were poor.

8. Yep
with Bush it was always about class. Racism is encouraged by elements of the upper class because it keeps the lower class of white folks occupied so they don't rise up in revolt against the upper class. That's how it worked in the Old South before the Civil War, and that is how it works now. So instead of worrying about health care for all, racists rail against blacks.

11. I agree that to Bush they were "poor", but I would still bet that
he is racist; it goes with the territory.

Stephen A. Smith. I wish I wouldnt have listen to this cause now I want to puke just hearing his voice. Why would Ed get a ESPN sports personality to talk about this? Couldnt he find anyone better?

15. Stephen A Smith is trying to reinvent himself
Since his contract wasn't renewed at ESPN he is branching out into other forms of journalism. He is a big mouth but he does make some good points. I prefer him as a social commentator as opposed to a sports journalist.

**Since his contract wasn't renewed at ESPN***

This is the best news I heard in awhile. He was one of the main reason I stopped watching ESPN.
