4. Know Your Audience

Sure it's a nicely produced advert. Sure they offer what appears to be three months of school/funding/something? I'm not convinced creative people will be compelled to work with them. There is a foregone conclusion in this advert that mandates one will give up their creative control to endorse a "God." We'll see how it plays out.

5. I've noticed from their other videos that they target poor teenagers.

They have lots of properties all over the world. They give them food and shelter. They make it fun with music, camping, sports. BUT they have one camp in the Philippines that is training them how to shoot guns.

It's run by an ex-marine.

They're building a childrens army. IMO

I've also noticed that someone is interested that I'm posting these here. They get more views than they should be since the videos are so boring.
