1. That is my senator and I am glad he is calling out Cheney.

2. What he failed to say: "This is an impeachable offense!!!"

Calling Cheney's recent law breaking "evidence of an attitude towards government responsibility that has to change" is like playing footsie with The Beast. Let's play nice and say it all as gently and politely as possible in hopes The Beast will see the light and do a complete about-face. And if The Beast doesn't, well, then, so what, it really doesn't matter, because the American people will forget it ever happened as soon as Paris Hilton gets out of jail again.

Durbin needs to grow a REAL spine. Stop with the nicey-nice speechifying, already and get to work on those Articles of Impeachment!!!!!

4. Durban is calling for a change in attitude by VP Cheney when he should be calling

....for Cheney's impeachment! I am glad to see he has outed VP Cheney on these issues, but someone in the Senate needs to take this the next step asap and begin impeachment or say they will support an impeachment bill coming from the House of Representatives. Cheney has to be stopped

I was struck by the necessity of addressing the President as if he was going to reprimand Dick. Ha. Sure old Whistle Ass * is laboring how to do just that this weekend.
