Note: After you watch this clip, check this out:

Summary: Cenk plays and breaks down video of . One of his key points is asking us to imagine how the right would react if liberals in MA got together and said they hate America (hint: Bill O'Reilly's head would explode, on the air). And he points out that Southern States get more back than they give in taxes.

3. I've said it before and I'll say it again...
The Tree of Knowledge should, from time to time, be refreshed... with the blood of idiots.

4. Speaking as a proud Georgian,
since the first idiot mentioned my state, I must say that I've not heard anyone here talking about secession, but of course many of us here have more sense than that.

I'm pretty sure if they put this up before George Washington, he'd first have to digest the news that Texas is a state.

6. Georgia Wants to Secede?
Umm...I live in Georgia, and as right-wing as this state is, I have heard NO ONE talking about leaving the United States. In fact, nearly every other house I drive by has the American flag flying.

7. The "I hate America" crowd is at it again.
The I hate America and the government crowd are the same ones that are outraged because somebody might just apologize for things our government has done in the past.

8. Georgia isn't seceding.
Texas isn't seceding, either. I've said harsh things about Texas in response to some of this kind of crap in the past, but I'm not doing that tonight. I seriously doubt that most Texans are anything but embarrassed by this. That said, I would love to see a prominent Texas politician stand up and say, "we're not seceding, and if you hate the US so bad, get the fuck out. On your own."

Also, the first dumbass says that 21% of the military is from Texas. But guess what, shithead? None of that 21% owns the weapons or the ammo. We could send the soldiers back to Texas... without weapons, without bullets, without uniforms, without any supplies. What a bad-assed army that would make. We could pull every single National Guard rifle, bullet, and uniform. I wonder how much that fucker would like the taxes that Texas would have to levy to supply the Army of Texas. We'd have to end up calling it Tax-ass. But that moron can't think, so it doesn't occur to him.

11. Cenk hits another one out of the ballpark. If Texas....
... were to secede, the Mexicans would take them over before you can say Jack Robinson. What are these stupid, stupid people thinking? Incidentally, doesn't Texas take in more government social program money than they pay in? And don't they thrive on big government contracts? Do any of you live there? If yes, how prevalent is this secession nonsense? And what did Texas ever give us that was good besides Janis Joplin and Stevie Ray Vaughn?

12. OK, here's what I think should happen. I do think that Texas should secede,
but I do think that we should retain sovereignty. Here's my selfless reasoning. Stephen F Austin, the Father of Texas is my great, great, great uncle (he was never married-he had no children). He was the man that colonized Texas with European types (you know, the rightful owners of Texas). He should have been viceroy of Texas, but he had this stupid idea about some sort of democracy. So, instead of a president, we should have a king - my older cousin would do nicely and I could be a Prince - maybe the Prince of Dallas - that has a nice ring to it. Well, what do y'all think?

It makes a lot of sense in context.
