2. oh don't go defending Obama now - you're not allowed to have common sense, Cenk!
some would just prefer you either be blindly aligned to everything he does (and as we all know, get attacked for even questioning a move they make by some people), or you just outright despise him so they can label you!

good vid.

I like President Obama. I don't like several of his WH's decisions since he's been in office. Several does not mean I think he's horrible. That nuance is lost on some. I still believe in hope, in regards to him coming through, yet he deserves a lot of the flak he's gotten imho.

3. The whole conservative thing is getting way out of hand. It's headed
down the McVeigh road.

4. This is why the Repubs are afraid of the POTUS
addressing the kids - they know it'd be political and propagandist if THEY did it, so it must be if we do it.

But be fair - no child of a Conservative should be subjected to a better education. If anything, those parents are abdicating their responsibility by not pulling them out of school permanently and teaching them from home.

This is really what Malkin is arguing for, because she isn't concerned about what Obama's going to say - she's concerned about what the teachers will say afterward.

5. Yanno what?
It would be helpful if 'stupid' DID actually burn or hurt or cause some sort of physical somatic manifestation.
It would give everyone (and I include meself in this category :hi: ) a...

WARNING: WHAT YOU ARE DOING/CONTEMPLATING DOING/ABOUT TO DO IS INCREDIBLY STUPID.
BEHAVING IN A STUPID MANNER CAN HURT YOU SERIOUSLY. IT COULD COST YOU MONEY/YOUR JOB/YOUR HOME/YOUR MARRIAGE/SELF-RESPECT/A FRIENDSHIP/PEACE OF MIND/YOUR LIFE (etc.).
STOP,THINK...AND CHANGE COURSE OF ACTION ACCORDINGLY!

Hey, I can dream, can't I?

10. So from now on, whenever a politician is going to visit or address any schoolchildren
the opponents are going to insist that they know what he is going to say, in advance, and potentially pull their children out of that speech if they wish.
