16. idea of the video is great, i'd try a different V/O

the voiceover could be much better - it is half the ad and it would be very powerful if the voice sounded more 'concerned' and emotional - and perhaps sounding more like an older person themself. i believe the ad was supposed to appeal to older folks so why not use a voice that reflects them?
